I got the idea from another wordpress website doing a different thing on these lines.

But I am not going too much into that.

So what do you if you can not dress like your fursona or ponysona. Or maybe you need to think about more about food and cloths rather then your favorite tail in that costume shop window. Or on the web. Maybe your parents say no because they have seen too many bad media at shines furries in a bad light. Or maybe you just do not have the time anymore?

Well not to worry Because I hopefully have a sulution or a suggestion.

One of the suggestions you could choose cloths at are suited to your fursona. If you have a skunk fursona then you would get black

There is a lot of rounding up so if you can not get black and white or it is too pricey to get black and white.

Just go for gray or white or black and gray as long as it is cheep!!

This is a suttle touch on showing your fursona without going into a grate deal of detail.

For example Angellothefox now lets face it as much as I would love I can not go out into the public doman all the time with that suit on. So when I went to the shop with someone to buy a raincoat I bought something like this. But Unisex with a small pouch at the bottom

OK it may not be the exact colour of my foxy friend fursona but it is about rounding up. This is also good for Ponypersonas as well. Just get a cheap plain coloured shirt with your ponysona colour on this could be the manes colour the or the tails colour or a little bit of both. You do not have to dress as your ponysona say you like one of the characters from the show say you like Big Mac

There is a lot of shirts around at looks almost the same colour as Big Macs fur. So if this shirt is not too expensive it is a Yup!

If it is costly then it is a Nope!

Check out your local supermarkets to find some cloths at are cheap.

They are also charity shops to get your hands on some second hand cloths. Who knows you they may have your ponysona or fursona’s colour

 

 

The other Suggestion is ask. There is no shame in asking? You could say to your friend at knows you “Oooh I really want that shirt because I like the colour” and that’s it.

You do not have to go into great detail by saying “Oh I am a furry and that shirt is the same colour as my fursuit”

One they may not know what a furry is and you have to have a long destitution about your friend at may or may not be interested. If your friend dose know what a furry is or is a furry themselves by all means say that.

Two they may not be interested. People can say what is this and not take any notice.

Three in a very unlikely event they will criticise you by saying you do something explised or the more tame whatever floats your boat reference.

Maybe ask your friend/family/carers/furry/brony/spouse to put it away for you for Christmas. If they know you a little bit more better you can ask for them to put it away for your birthday.

 

Maybe you do not want a shirt maybe you want a collar. Now all you have to do is just ask. Just ask someone to get the word out at you want a collar. (Preferably a dogs) It is best to measure necks but I would assume most peoples necks are a large in dog size collars.

!!ALLAGY WANING!!

You could find a friend at has a dog at has a tatty old dogs collar at there dog dose not need anymore and ask them if you could have it. Of cause your friend might look at you wired but at least you have obtained a collar for your own furryness or broniness. Your pony OC could have a dog collar for all I know or maybe your a diamond dog?

You maybe able to get this sort of tatty collar from the grate vine of my friend know another friend at knows another friend at knows another friend at knows another friend at says his friend has a old tatty collar they never use any more.

The reason why I waned about allergies is because some people are allergic to dogs so I decided to warn you in advance if you are allergic to dogs please specifie to your friend at you want a collar at has not been warn by a dog for a while or even no dog completely.

You may even get a goth collar out of the grate vine but it dose not matter a collars a collar after all and your mate female or male or both has gone through all that effort in getting you the collar. At least be thankful no matter which collar you get!

(Remember you maybe stuck in a job and you do not have time for collar spending or your budget is low and you need the money to survive or you do not have any time any more/other)

What happens when they start to charge you. Hopefully your friend will not do that but if they do make sure it is a small amount 50p or 50¢ £1 or $1, £2 or $2 are pushing it. If they ask for any more above this amount do not except it! If they go on rambling on about they went half a mile to get your collar just live it it is not worth it.

You maybe in a neighbourhood/estate or flats where everyone knows everyone, and you want to ask for a collar.

You could lie and say your planning on getting a dog. But it is better to be truthful when possible. You could try to be sly about it

No not that sort of sly!

Sneaky!!!

You could be sneaky about it and say to your neighbours/estate neighbours whatever.

“What would you say if someone at did not own dogs bought a collar?” You choice how sneaky you want it too be it could be at a party it could be a curiosity question. You may have 2 default curios questions before you get to the collar question.

If there answer is “whatever floats there boat” or something on that line you know your in the clear.

Even if there answer is “I would think that would be a bit weird” Your still in the green.

If they answer is “I would think they was a sick person” or something on that line then you know if you asked for a dog collar you would be criticized servilely for it.

If the person or people you are asking suddenly say “Why do you want a dog collar?”

You may feel conered with this question.

Depending on what reaction you got will depend on what action you will take. Walking out may make the person think you did want that collar. It may also make the person sad because they thought they hurt your feelings because they know you wanted the collar.

They may be totally oblivious.

It is not recommended but you could lie if you have got a bad reaction and say “nope just curious?” Be careful how you say it because they may think you maybe a sick person with there finger and thumb on there chine.

You can tell the truth how you want to do it is up to you. Ether “yes I would like a collar thank you” Or “YES I LIKE TO WEAR A COLLAR AND I AM PROUD OF IT!”

 

Just remember not to push your luck.

Unless your friend or family, carer, other really knows you do not ask for any dog toys otherwise you will or may probably get a more weirder reaction then you would if you said your getting a collar. So leave it out.

 

Another suggestion if the fabric is cheap you could always make your own dog collar.

I am going to use this persons YouTube video I hope he dose not mined too much.

In the video it has a link  on how you start the adjustable dog collar. So if you can find cheap enough metereal or have the meteareal make it.

I am sure you can probably get your hands on some belt buckles lying around the house/flat/bungalow.

 

 

 

So there you have it my 3 suggestions or solutions well it will be a solution when/if it works.
