Yes that is what it is called so if anyone that is in the European Union says? “What article 13?” Just say You know “The European Union Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market” Then they say “Oh I know!… I do not know what you are talking about. For anyone else just say it is that law that they are trying to bring out that will BAN Memes.

Yes So due to copy right content if Article 13 gets out we will not be able to post or upload any of our memes because that artwork or picture or content is owned by someone else. As before we could do it. Well if you live in the USA you can still do it this will not effect you but may effect the content from Europe and even the UK. Before nobody battered a eyelid. Memes are a pice of art and I can not believe I am saying this. A long time a go a famous artist took a Urinal out of the toilet and wrote on it and said that is art.
Yes that “cough” “cough” “artist” did not own the urinal but it got a lot of attention and like everything else you are altering it to make it a difference. Take a picture of a landscape. YOU do not own that land but you own the picture and if you shear that picture the person that owns the land should NOT ask you to pay up or get arrested. Same as cities. I would not expect a police officer to confiscate my phone because I do not own the St Jones shopping centre therefor I am breaking copyright
People maybe reading a little bit too much in the meme ban, but the way that society is going you probably would get arrested for producing memes bra!

Prisons are already over crowded, and the prisoners will try and turn you into a hard core criminal and not to mention they are so many drugs that you can get your hands on that I heard in prison. Parody You are alright in doing though it is kind of thin. Game Theory points out that if your not making a parody song this is useless.
Quotation This is if your quoting anything that you see in a magazine or a site or someone said something and you are “quoting” them.
Private copying and yes I have done that before. Before this tower I use to just record stuff using my lovely cam corder to record videos off YouTube to watch them back when I went to bed by plugging the scat sockets from the camera into the TV.

This also could effect sales on things like PlayStation, X Box and many more games. These companies relay on gamers as well as themselves to promote there games, consoles, whatever.
Think about Watching I don’t know PewDiePie and he is playing a game and you think Gosh I would really like that game so you go out and buy it which is profit for the gaming compony. Not only that it is profit for the person that is playing the game in this case PewDiePie.
And since some of the furry community likes to play video games and do let’s plays this could effect you.

Gaming sins is the same story. They will be a lot of content that anyone that lives over in Europ and the UK will not be able to see. [Including myself]
This also applies to those who upload videos in the Europe and England. Having your content taken down before it has even uploaded!
Article 13 because of it’s vegness may threaten small beginner film makers on YouTube to become homeless and we already have a homeless problem EU thank you very much! we do not need any more on our streets.
But having half or 3 quorters of the population living on the streets if Article 13 gets past is not good.
You like the old classic music on YouTube well that will no longer be there if this Article get’s passed!
So who is all four article 13?
Well the music industry is all for it and is it just me or has the music industry gotten too big for their boots and wants nothing better to do then to squash small content creators. I mean if someone uses your track so what! Your getting as much money as the Queen for your records if not more. Why go after this small 10 year old that only wants to be a big YouTuber some day.
And the EU is all for it as well even if some do not know what exactly it is?

- If you’re in Europe talk to your MEP’s Find out whether they support Article 13 and why did they voted for it.
